Q: How do we determine the price to offer on your house?
A: Great question, and we’re an open book: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, the current condition of the property, what repairs are needed, and values of comparable houses that have sold recently in the area. As you know, house values are constantly changing and while some price ranges in some areas of Las Vegas are climbing other areas are declining and sitting on the market for months. We take many pieces of information into consideration… and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.
Q: What fees or commissions do we pass on to you?
